I want every piece to find a home where it'll be loved. If yours
doesn't fit your life, send it back. Here's how.

The basics
- 30-day returns on every piece
- Original condition (please keep the pouch)
- No restocking fee
- No questions about why
How to return
1. Write to me first: hello@dianaboutiques.com
Include your order number.
2. I'll send you the return address.
3. Pack the piece in its original pouch if you have it.
4. Ship it back within 30 days of when you received it.
5. Once it arrives, I'll refund you within 5–7 business days.
What I refund
- Full price of the piece
- Original shipping is not refundable (sorry — that goes to the
postal service, not to me)
- Return shipping is on you, unless the piece arrived damaged or
I shipped the wrong thing — then I cover it
If something arrived damaged or wrong
Please write within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. I'll
make it right — either a refund, a replacement (if the piece is
still available), or store credit.
Pieces are sometimes damaged in transit. It happens. Don't worry,
I'll fix it.
What I cannot accept
- Pieces returned after 30 days
- Pieces that have been worn extensively, altered, or damaged
after you received them
- Pieces marked "Final Sale" (very few are — they'll be clearly
labeled)
Exchanges
I don't do direct exchanges (it gets complicated with such a
small inventory). The easiest way: return the piece for a refund,
then place a new order for whatever you actually want. Both
transactions process independently.
A note on the pieces
These are vintage and handmade pieces sourced from independent
makers around the world. Small variations in color, finish, and
texture are part of what makes them real. If something looks
slightly different from the photo, that's the piece itself, not
an error.
If you're unsure whether what you received is "correct," please
write to me. I remember most of these pieces personally.
