doesn't work out, and don't try to scam me. I'll do the same for

By using this site
When you buy something or browse this site, you're agreeing to
these terms. They're not complicated, but please read them.
About the pieces
- Every piece is described as accurately as I can. Photos are
taken in natural light. Colors may appear slightly different
on your screen.
- Pieces are vintage or handmade. Small variations in finish,
color, and texture are part of the nature of these pieces,
not defects.
- Inventory is finite. When a piece sells out, it's gone. I do
not restock.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars
- I accept the payment methods shown at checkout
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if I suspect
fraud or pricing errors
- If I cancel your order, you'll get a full refund the same day
Order acceptance
When you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. That
confirmation does not mean your order is accepted — it means I
received it. If I cannot fulfill (a piece sold out before stock
synced, payment didn't go through, suspected fraud), I'll let
you know and refund you.
Promotional codes and discounts
- One discount code per order
- Codes cannot be combined unless the site specifically says so
- Codes are not redeemable for cash
- I can end a promotion at any time
- Volume discounts (Buy 2, Buy 3) apply automatically at checkout
Returns
See the full Refund Policy. Short version: 30 days, original
condition, return shipping on you unless I made a mistake.
Intellectual property
The photos, descriptions, the name "The Atlas Letter," and the
overall design of this site are mine. Please don't copy them for
your own store. If you want to write about The Atlas Letter for
press or editorial, write to me first: hello@theatlasletter.com —

User behavior
Please don't:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
- Try to break into the site, scrape it, or interfere with how
it runs
- Make fraudulent orders or chargebacks
- Harass me, my fulfillment team, or anyone else
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts that
do any of the above.
Limitation of liability
I do my best, but I cannot guarantee the site will always work
perfectly, or that every piece will be exactly what you imagined.
My total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for
that order.
Disputes
If we have a disagreement, please write to me first:
hello@dianaboutiques.com. I'd rather solve it directly than
involve banks or courts.
If we can't resolve it directly, these terms are governed by the
laws of Vermont, and any formal dispute would be handled there.
Changes to these terms
I might update these terms. When I do, I'll change the "Last
updated" date at the top. If something significant changes, I'll
let people know by email.
Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the
rest still applies.
